Planning permission was granted in 2012 for a contemporary single storey dwelling set in a sensitive conservation area site within a mile of Wells Cathedral in Somerset. The project was granted approval because of its low profile appearance utilising green sedum roof and internal courtyard garden with private driveway entrance.
